Personal Identification

• National ID Card (KTP) or Birth Certificate
• Family Card (Kartu Keluarga / KK)
• Recent Formal Photograph (Red Background, 4×6 cm)

Academic Qualifications

• High School Diploma / Graduation Certificate (SKL)
• Official High School Academic Transcripts (Semesters 1–5)
• Statement of Good Conduct & Health Certificate

Passport & Legal Documents

• Valid International Passport (Min. 18 months validity)
• Formal Passport Photo (Red or Blue Background)
• Recommendation Letter from School/Embassy

Academic & Language Proficiency

• Translated High School Diploma (English/Indonesian)
• TOEFL ≥ 450 / IELTS ≥ 5.0 / TOAM Arabic Certificate
• Financial Support Guarantee Letter & Health Clearance

Important Translation Requirement:

All submitted documents must be provided in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Certificates issued in other languages must be accompanied by certified sworn translations.
